2. Orders and Delivery
Delivery is available for all orders. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel deliveries due to product unavailability, driver unavailability, adverse weather conditions, delivery capacity limitations, or any other circumstances affecting our ability to fulfill orders. Minimum order value may apply.
3. Product Availability and Substitutions
Product availability and pricing may vary. If you opt-in for substitutions during checkout, out-of-stock items may be replaced with similar products. You will be notified of any substitutions and may refuse them at delivery.
4. Fresh Products Policy
Fresh vegetables, fruits, and other perishable items cannot be returned once accepted. Quality issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Photographic evidence may be required for quality-related complaints. Refunds for fresh products are handled on a case-by-case basis.
5. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods: Cash on delivery and bank payment.
6. EU Consumer Rights
Customers are entitled to refunds for damaged or incorrect non-perishable items. All pricing is transparent and includes VAT. All food products comply with EU food safety regulations.
