1. Overview
At Precious Exclusive, we aim to provide high quality, fresh, and reliable products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. This Refund and Returns Policy explains your rights and how we handle returns, replacements, and refunds in line with Swedish and EU consumer protection laws.
2. Perishable and Grocery Items
Many of our items are fresh, organic, or perishable. For this reason, returns of perishable goods are generally not accepted. Exceptions apply if the item arrived damaged, the product was expired or spoiled at delivery, the incorrect product was delivered, or there is a verified quality issue. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order if any of these occur.
3. Non Perishable Items
You may request a return or replacement for non perishable products if the item is unused and unopened, the packaging is intact, and the request is made within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs may apply unless the return is due to our error.
4. Order Issues and Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, take clear photos of the product and its packaging, include your order number, and contact us at support@preciousexclusive.com. You may also reach us through our website or social media. We will review your case and provide a replacement or refund if applicable.
5. Refunds
Refunds are processed once the return or issue is approved. Orders paid via any bank account will be refunded to the same bank account number account. Refund processing may take 3 to 7 business days. You will receive an email or SMS once your refund is completed.
6. Non Refundable Items
Fresh produce, frozen goods, opened food products, clearance items, and gift cards or digital products cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective.
7. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are packed or shipped. Once an order is prepared for delivery, cancellation may not be possible. For quick cancellations, contact us immediately at your provided phone number or support@preciousexclusive.com.
8. Delivery Issues
If an incorrect address was provided or you were unavailable during delivery, re delivery fees may apply. Refunds may not be available for perishable goods. Please ensure your delivery details are correct when placing your order.
